The municipality of Mosnang includes the villages of Mosnang, Mühlrüti, Libingen and Dreien-Wiesen as well as many hamlets and individual farms scattered over the hilly terrain. Well-known is the Hulftegg-Schnebelhorn-Schindelberg-Chrüzegg ridge, which offers beautiful viewpoints and can be reached via the Toggenburger Höhenweg.
